The hotel is located conveniently near the tunnel terminal. I appreciated the ample outdoor parking available. The room featured a refrigerator, very useful. The premises had green spaces for my dog.
I found the swimming pool to be freezing cold.

easy travel with the family

i stayed after a ferry delay with my children and the check-in process was quick with supportive staff. our room was very spacious and the kids felt relaxed. we ate breakfast at the hotel with a variety of choices for everyone. the pool became useful it kept them busy as we waited for the car situation to be sorted.
the restaurant menu did not have much choice compared to previous years i visited. however the service was faultless it made up for the limited selection.

the hotel offered a great location close to the le shuttle terminal. the secure parking area provided safety for our motorcycle. it provided an easy stop before driving further into france and getting to our final destination.
